Yes, we encourage you to arrange a visit to Strzeszow. During the meeting you can see the available plots, the standard of finishes and the lake area. We also offer remote presentations (video + catalog + photos from a drone).
Yes. We conduct the full purchase service remotely - via email and WhatsApp. There is no need to contact Polish offices - we carry out all the formalities on behalf of the client. However, signing the final notarial contract involves a visit to a Notary Public in Szczecin.
Yes, the houses are suitable for short-term rentals. In addition, we offer rental management, cleaning and maintenance services, allowing you to earn without personal involvement.
Costs are low - no commission, no rent. Heating and air conditioning can be controlled remotely, and in winter the house can be completely “closed” (thanks to a drain valve). Fees depend mainly on the frequency of use.
