The location of the house on the plot, the equipment of the house and landscaping can be agreed in detail.
We offer the customer a fully finished house (inside and outside) with a fitted kitchen and bathroom, two-three bedrooms and a living room.

Customers who buy a property have an access to the beach and molo.

The land and houses are sold as full ownership. A sworn German translator is present at the notary. The plots can be purchased by citizens of the European Union. After the purchase, we offer assistance in filling out the necessary documents with the local authorities. We also offer customer services in the field of additional garden architecture, garden design and maintenance, house cleaning and house renting.

We also offer plots of land on which we can build a house according to your individual ideas. We still have available construction periods for 2023/2024, details by arrangement.
